This game focuses on leadership.

Leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is being goal-oriented, cooperative and taking initiative in order to make things happen.

In this game, it's about maintaining the balance between what your robots want, what you desire and how the Organi$ation wants you to handle stuff.
